In addition to her reflexology and Reiki practice, Jo offers holistic one-on-one coaching programmes focused on personal transformation and authentic self-empowerment. Based in Cape Town and working with clients around the world, she brings over 30 years of experience to her work. Her insights have been shared on respected radio platforms including East Coast Radio, Lotus FM, and Smile 90.4 FM, as well as in Holistica and other leading wellness and lifestyle publications.

Each day begins with small rituals of nourishment — a quiet coffee shared
with her husband and their beloved fur baby, followed by grounding yoga. The ocean is her anchor; she swims year-round in the cool Atlantic to stay centered and connected. Time in nature and her deep love for animals continue to inspire and balance every part of her life.
