This short complimentary call is a simple meet and greet. It aims to give me clarity on what’s holding you back. We’ll navigate a clear way forward for you – what I like to call the shift.

The Shift Session Plan begins with a 90-minute Deep Dive Call that will help us identify the major challenges holding you back that often spill into and impact other areas of your life. Head and heart challenges often stem from self-limiting beliefs, living in the past, or trying to control the future. They usually manifest in symptoms of low confidence, fearfulness, anxiety, stress and lack of motivation.
Following the Deep Dive Call, we will begin with Shift Session Calls that focus on the aspects of your life that need shifting, support and flow – no matter the challenge.
Each session includes:
- Uncovering head and heart challenges
- Embracing inner strength to work through your challenges
- Gaining clarity and freedom from self-limiting beliefs/habits
- Transforming your self-worth and building back confidence
- Installing a self-empowering mindset with aligned beliefs and attitudes
- Discovering your hidden potential
